As a young child traveling along with her antique dealer parents, Leslie realized early on her love of discovery, quick decisions, and the stories from the people along the way.  After her Art History Study abroad she chose to leave her native San Antonio, Texas to settle into California which led her quickly into the fast world of fashion, and then film and television production design before landing on interior design.  She still believes her film business experience mimics the same principles as interior design citing “both are a well oiled machines” that share the same demand to overcome obstacles, understand the ongoing challenges of budget requirements, and the need for quick decision making. With her unique approach and combined knowledge of both the film and fashion World, inherent passion of vintage and antique furniture and accessories, she is comfortable with the needs of the design world of today and as is proud to call Studio Collective her home.
